Go to the 999ak Login page and sign in with the mobile number and password you provided during registration. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot password?" option and reset it by verifying a mobile OTP. For your security, each session is kept protected after every login.
No. Under 999ak policy, each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain fair play and a level playing field.
KYC verification is usually completed within a few hours. Uploading a clear photo of your national ID card or passport speeds up the process. Once verification is done, you will receive a confirmation message by email or SMS. If you run into any issues, contact us via live chat.
If your account is closed or suspended, contact 999ak's 24/7 live chat support right away or email [email protected]. Our team will check the reason and resolve it quickly. In most cases the account is reactivated once document verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Questions about bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and processing times
When you deposit at 999ak via bKash, your account balance is usually updated instantly — within a few minutes. Slight delays can occur due to bank server load or network issues. If the deposit does not show up, contact live chat with a screenshot of the transaction.
The minimum deposit at 999ak is ৳500. This applies equally to all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are processed quickly with no extra transaction charges.
Withdrawals via Nagad and all other payment methods typically take 10 to 45 minutes. After your request is approved, the money goes directly to your Nagad account. There may be a slight delay during busy periods, but it never exceeds 45 minutes. Contact support if you experience any issues.
The minimum withdrawal at 999ak is ৳800. We do not charge any platform fee for withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply a small processing charge, which depends on their own policies.
Yes. Both Rocket and Upay support deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 for each. Processing times are the same as for bKash and Nagad — generally a few minutes up to a maximum of 45 minutes.
If a withdrawal is stuck, first make sure your KYC verification is complete and your bonus wagering requirement has been met. If the problem persists, contact 999ak's live chat support with your transaction ID. Our team will review the matter promptly.
Games and Gameplay
Questions about cricket betting, slots, live casino and mobile gaming
To bet on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) matches, log in to 999ak and go to the cricket section. Choose a match, select a market (such as match winner, toss or top batter) and confirm with your stake amount. In-play betting is available, letting you bet at live odds while the match is in progress.
At 999ak, PG Soft's Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit and Mahjong Ways are especially popular among Bangladeshi players. Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, JILI's Fortune Gems and Super Ace, and Spribe's Aviator are also widely played. Visit the slots page for the latest list of popular games.
Yes. All of 999ak's live casino games — live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, Dragon Tiger — run smoothly on any smartphone or tablet. No separate app download is needed; simply open the site in your browser and log in.
RTP (Return to Player) is a game's long-term average payout percentage — for example, a 96% RTP means that over a long period, an average of ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. However, this is a long-term average; the outcome of each spin is completely random. A high RTP does not guarantee winning more in any single session.
Yes. 999ak uses software only from recognised game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe. Games from these providers run on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that is tested by third-party auditors, ensuring fully fair and unbiased results.

Bonuses and Promotions
Questions about the welcome bonus, cashback, wagering and VIP
999ak offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. This means if you deposit ৳5,000 for the first time, you receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. The bonus is added to your account automatically. A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
A 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳20,000 in bets. After that, any winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is generally completed faster when playing slot games.
999ak's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. You move up automatically based on your regular play and betting activity. No separate application is needed. Each tier comes with weekly cashback, priority support and special offers.
Weekly cashback rates vary by VIP tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, and Gold — up to 0.8%. Cashback is credited to your account automatically each week and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.
If you want to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, you will need to cancel the bonus. However, cancelling the bonus also cancels any winnings earned from it. It is therefore wise to read the bonus terms before withdrawing. Contact live chat for more details.
