999ak Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms form a legal agreement between 999ak ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). The platform operates with a focus on users in Bangladesh and all services are provided in Bengali.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 999ak support immediately.

2.4 Right to Close Account

999ak may close an account without giving reasons in the following cases: fraudulent activity, violation of terms, suspicion of money laundering, or breach of applicable law.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Send the deposit amount with the correct reference number.
• In case of a technical error, save a screenshot and send it to support.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds.

3.3 Currency Conversion

999ak processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) only. Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is deemed fraudulent, 999ak reserves the right to immediately forfeit the relevant amount and close the account.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus may be claimed only once.
• A bonus is linked to a registered account and is non-transferable.
• Bonuses will only be credited automatically after a qualifying deposit.
• Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Some games may not contribute 100% toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are also subject to the wagering terms.

4.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• A bonus may be cancelled if the terms are violated.
• Bonuses cannot be used together with cashback or other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• 999ak reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%. The cashback amount earned depends on activity.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

999ak is committed to ensuring fair outcomes in every game. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly verified by a third party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems.

5.3 Technical Errors

If any transaction or game result becomes uncertain due to a server or software error, 999ak reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. Winnings resulting from technical errors are not valid.
